APPROACH
Surrounded by water on three sides, pavilion forms clad in travertine stone, bronze and glass are arranged along a circulation spine that directs both horizontal and vertical movement through the house. Bespoke design throughout the house creates a residence that reflects the owner's taste and lifestyle.
By using premium materials, creating space by integrating custom millwork and equipment fabrications and creating drama by playing with scale, the design pushes boundaries and harmoniously blends modern aesthetics with the surrounding natural landscape. Collaborating with a diverse range of vendors, the design team aimed at curating a personalized experience throughout the residence.
