Planned 8-story Arts District apartment building gets first city approval

“The city’s Commission of Architectural Review voted Tuesday to approve Bank Street Advisors’ planned 8-story apartment building at 219-225 W. Broad St…Bank Street’s project includes retaining part of the façade and eastern wall of the former Mr. Able Propane building and incorporating it into a new-construction building with 87 apartments and ground-floor commercial space.”
