Cody Solberg joins smbw as Director and Architect

smbw is pleased to share the appointment of Cody Solberg, AIA, NCARB to the role of Director. In this pivotal role, Cody will be instrumental in shaping both the creative and managerial direction of the firm. Cody's role involves developing a thoughtful design process, innovative communication techniques and leading the firm in business development efforts. He will provide leadership to staff and contribute to firm operations as an advisor on talent development and process improvement.

Over the course of his tenure in the industry, Cody Solberg’s work has crossed market sectors and spanned both architecture and interior design. As a leader, Cody is known for a compassionate methodology and effective communication. His approach is driven by deepening community connections, leading impactful design initiatives, building lasting relationships, strategic partnerships, and being a mentor to the next generation of designers.
